Our swim vest has been tested by SGS according to EN 13138-1:2021+AC:2022 (Buoyant Aids for Swimming Instruction – Safety Requirements and Test Methods for Buoyant Aids to Be Worn) and has passed. It is therefore approved as a swimming instruction aid (Device Classification B) and designed for a body weight range of 30–100 kg – ideal for beginners or as additional safety while snorkeling.

Double Safety with Two Air Chambers

Two separately inflatable air chambers with an optimized safety valve provide double protection. Even if one chamber is completely deflated, a residual buoyancy of at least 50% is maintained – for consistent safety in the water.

Secure Fit with Adjustable Leg Straps

Adjustable leg straps prevent the vest from riding up and ensure a secure fit – even in waves or during active movement in the water.

Important Notice

This is a buoyancy aid, not a life jacket. It provides additional buoyancy and can offer support in emergency situations such as currents or exhaustion – but does not replace a life jacket. Always use under supervision.

Why does the vest ride up?

In a vertical position, it is physically inevitable that the vest will ride up. This happens with every vest that doesn't defy the laws of nature. Typically, you swim horizontally, where the vest keeps your body above the water's surface.

Why is there mesh on the back and no air chamber?

Since swimming is done horizontally, it would be pointless to have an air chamber on the back of the vest. The mesh prevents heat buildup from sunlight exposure.

Is the vest too big?

The life vest is worn loosely on the body. Even if it seems so, it is not too big.
