Return Policy Simplified from our Terms and Conditions
Please read carefully!
If the mask has been used, please contact us before creating a return label. If the item is not accepted for return later or is only partially refunded, we will always deduct the avoidable postage fees for the return shipment. Please send us an email with a photo of the condition to: info@khroom-sport.com
Refund without return of goods will be reserved if:
- No return label was included (as we cannot match it)
- The protective film was removed, the mask is wet, or the item is returned incomplete
Right of Withdrawal
You have a 30-day right of withdrawal. Within this period, you can return the order without giving any reason. The return within Germany costs 2 EUR. You can access the return portal here: --click here--

The item must be returned in a resellable condition and cleaned if necessary (this also applies to warranty cases under the "Mask fits or money back" guarantee).
Warranty Terms "Mask Fits or Money Back"
This warranty only applies to orders from our shop! Since the mask is often tested only during vacation, we offer this special guarantee. If you find out during your vacation that the mask does not fit, we are happy to exchange it for another model or refund the purchase price. If you order multiple identical items, please test only one in the water. Otherwise, only the unused item will be accepted and refunded. Before returning, the item must be cleaned and returned in a dry condition. Items with clear signs of use do not fall under this warranty and will not be refunded.
Important Note
Returns sent to an address other than the one indicated on the return label cannot be refunded or returned.
We do not expect rocket science, but those who do not follow these simple instructions should not expect us to take the time to process returns or make inquiries. Returns will be kept for pickup for 14 days before being disposed of.
If delivery is not possible due to incorrect address information, we will charge the postage fees in connection with the refund. If a package is ready for pickup and not collected, we will also charge the postage fees.
