3) Cookies

To make visiting our website more attractive and enable the use of certain features, we use so-called cookies on various pages. These are small text files that are stored on your device. Some of the cookies we use are deleted after the end of the browser session, i.e., after closing your browser (so-called session cookies). Other cookies remain on your device and allow us or our partner companies to recognize your browser the next time you visit (persistent cookies). You can set your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies and decide individually whether to accept them or to exclude the acceptance of cookies for specific cases or in general. If you do not accept cookies, the functionality of our website may be limited.

4) Contact for Customer Review Requests

You can revoke this consent at any time by sending a message to the contact option described below or directly to Trusted Shops.

5) Use of Social Plugins

Our website uses social plugins ("plugins") from the online service Instagram, operated by Instagram LLC., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA ("Instagram"). The plugins are marked with an Instagram logo, such as in the form of an "Instagram camera." An overview of Instagram plugins and their appearance can be found here: http://blog.instagram.com/post/36222022872/introducing-instagram-badges.

When you visit a page of our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to Instagram's servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted directly from Instagram to your browser and embedded into the page. Through this integration, Instagram receives the information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have an Instagram profile or are not logged in to Instagram at the moment. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted by your browser directly to an Instagram server in the USA and stored there.

If you are logged in to Instagram, Instagram can immediately associate your visit to our website with your Instagram account. If you interact with the plugins, for example, by clicking the "Instagram Camera" button, this information is also transmitted directly to an Instagram server and stored there. The information is also published on your Instagram account and shown to your contacts there.

The purpose and scope of data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Instagram as well as your related rights and options for settings to protect your privacy can be found in Instagram's privacy policy: https://help.instagram.com/155833707900388/.

If you do not want Instagram to directly associate the data collected from our website with your Instagram account, you must log out of Instagram before visiting our website. You can also prevent the loading of Instagram plugins entirely by using browser add-ons, such as the script blocker "NoScript" (http://noscript.net/).

6) Use of Videos (e.g., YouTube, Vimeo)

This website uses the YouTube embedding feature to display and play videos from the provider "YouTube." The extended privacy mode is used, which, according to the provider, only starts collecting user information when the video is played. When the playback of embedded YouTube videos begins, the provider "YouTube" uses cookies to collect information about user behavior. According to YouTube, these are used, among other things, to collect video statistics, improve user-friendliness, and prevent abusive behaviors. Regardless of whether the embedded videos are played, a connection to the Google network "DoubleClick" is established every time this website is visited, which may trigger further data processing processes beyond our control.
More information about privacy at "YouTube" can be found in the provider's privacy policy at: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/

7) Use of Google AdWords Conversion Tracking

This website uses the online advertising program "Google AdWords" and the conversion tracking feature within Google AdWords. The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on an advertisement placed by Google. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer system. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not expired, Google and we can recognize that the user clicked on the advertisement and was redirected to this page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot therefore be tracked across AdWords customer websites. The information collected by the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. The customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that would allow them to personally identify the users. If you do not wish to participate in the tracking, you can object to the use of the conversion tracking cookie by easily deactivating it in your internet browser's user settings. You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics.

8) Google Maps

On our website, we use Google Maps (API) from Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). Google Maps is a web service for displaying interactive (land) maps to visually represent geographic information.

When accessing the subpages that include the Google Maps map, information about your use of our website (such as your IP address) is transmitted to Google servers in the USA and stored there. Google may share this information with third parties where required by law or where third parties process this data on behalf of Google.

Google will not associate your IP address with other Google data. However, it is technically possible for Google to use the data obtained through the use of Google Maps to identify users, create user profiles, or process and use it for other purposes, which we cannot control.

You can view the terms of use for Google at http://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/terms/regional.html, and the additional terms of use for Google Maps at https://www.google.com/intl/de_US/help/terms_maps.html. Detailed information about privacy regarding the use of Google Maps can be found on Google's website ("Google Privacy Policy"): http://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/

If you do not agree to the future transmission of your data to Google within the framework of the use of Google Maps, you can completely disable the Google Maps web service by turning off JavaScript in your browser. Google Maps and thus the map display on this website cannot be used.

9) Your Rights and Contact Information

You have the right to request free information about your stored data and, if applicable, the right to correction, blocking, or deletion of this data. If you have any further questions regarding the collection, processing, or use of your personal data, please contact us. The same applies to requests for information, blocking, deletion, and correction of your personal data, as well as for the revocation of consents you have given. The contact address can be found in our imprint.
